3-bet: cosa significa? Questa confusione è dovuta al fatto che quando si effettua una 3-bet prima del flop, si ha la sensazione che si tratti appena della seconda puntata nella sequenza. Un giocatore apre col rilancio e a quel punto decidiamo di controrilanciare. Il motivo per cui quest’ultima giocata viene definita 3-bet è che i pagamenti obbligatori del piccolo e grande buio vengono indicati come prima puntata nella sequenza, ragion per cui il primo rilancio è in realtà una “2-bet”, mentre il controrilancio è considerato una 3-bet. Pertanto a questo punto nasce una certa confusione riguardo alle 3-bets dopo il flop. Immaginiamo che il nostro avversario effettui una c-bet sul flop e che noi facciamo check-raise. In questo caso si tratta chiaramente della seconda puntata nella sequenza, la quale però viene solitamente (ed erroneamente) indicata come una 3-bet da parte di molti giocatori. Affinché si verifichi una vera 3-bet è necessario che il nostro avversario controrilanci nuovamente sul nostro check-raise nell’esempio fatto in precedenza. Non ci vogliono tante analisi statistiche per rendersi conto che in media effettuare puntate 3-bet sia più proficuo che fare un cold call.
